Price Match Policy

General: Subject to the conditions set forth below, Cairo Web Design ® will match the prices offered by our competitors’ services on identical products and services.

Who Is Eligible?
All Cairo Web Design ® customers are eligible.

Will Cairo Web Design ® Match Prices On All of Its Products and Services?
No. Cairo Web Design ® will only match prices for dedicated web hosting and managed services. Cairo Web Design ® will not match prices for cPanel, Parallels products, business mail, eVault, Microsoft products, or Red Hat. Do Product Specifications of Have To Be Identical? Yes. We will only match prices on identical products and services.

What Documentation Is Required?
You must provide Cairo Web Design ® with a copy of a dated price and specification quote that is no more than (30) days old or a live link to a web site advertising the price and specifications to be matched.

Are Any Competitors Excluded?
Yes. Only prices offered by competitors that have been providing dedicated web hosting or managed hosting services for at least three (3) years and that currently provide 24/7/365 toll-free support can be matched.

When Will The Price Match Begin and How Long Will It Last?
The price match will begin when you initiate a new service with Cairo Web Design ®. The price match will last as long as you continue that service with Cairo Web Design ®.

Is There A Maximum Price Reduction or Dollar Savings?
Yes. The maximum price reduction is thirty percent (30%) off of Cairo Web Design ®’s price.

Are There Any Other Restrictions?
Yes. We cannot match the following types of prices and offers: free, special, one-time, limited-time, limited quantity, educational, student, close-out, liquidation, clearance, financed or financing, bonus, minimum, mail order, rebates, coupons, restricted or otherwise limited offers, or offers resulting from misprints or advertising errors. Only prices quoted in U.S. dollars can be matched. Cairo Web Design ® shall be the final arbitrator as to whether a product or good qualifies for price matching.
