Servers Uptime Guarantee

Your website and applications are essential when it comes to the success of your business. At Cairo Web Design ® we know that if your network or servers are down, you are losing revenue and opportunities. That's why Cairo Web Design ® created our aggressive 100% uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA) for all of our dedicated servers.

Cairo Web Design ® SLA:

Your hardware will be functioning 100% of the time in a given month, excluding scheduled maintenance Power and HVAC systems will be functioning 100% of the time in a given month, excluding scheduled maintenance Network uptime will be 100% in a given month, excluding scheduled maintenance.

If network failure causes your server to be down for more than a half hour you will receive a refund on your next bill*. If you experience downtime for one of the reasons listed above you will receive a 5% credit for each half hour of downtime you experience applied to your next month's bill (up to 100% of the total monthly bill).

Cairo Web Design ®offers free basic support via phone and chat. If there ever is a problem, our skilled technicians are available 24/7/365 to address your support needs. High-level technicians are accessible 6am-11pm CST for more complicated inquiries. In addition, advanced technical support for complex operations is available at a rate of $99/hour. Such work may include:

- Installation of software not part of a standard package
- Advanced configuration of servers
- Custom backup scripts
- Mail server configuration
- Scripting
